About Cheryl A. Daly
Ms. Daly has been a practicing attorney since 1991, having graduated from Detroit College of Law — now known as Michigan State University College of Law — in December of 1990.
She began her career as a public defender in Recorder's Court and as a guardian ad litem for Wayne County before opening the law firm of Business and Estate Legal Services, PLLC. The firm specializes in estate planning, small business planning, and also represents clients in business and probate litigation.
Her firm is built on the belief that clients' objectives are of the utmost importance. Her entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of business comes from repeat customers and referrals. She welcomes the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver the best service in the industry.
In her spare time, Ms. Daly enjoys trying out new recipes, practicing yoga, is an avid beekeeper and is the proud mother of a son.

Angelena Braxton
Funding Specialist
Ms. Braxton has an AAS in Business and Life/Health Insurance licenses. She works with our clients who have executed estate planning documents that need to take the very important step of funding their assets to the Trust.
She has been married to her husband, Larry Braxton, for 32 years and they serve together as co-founders of LIFE Support Community Services, NPO. Angelena's work ethic is shaped by decades of service, competence and commitment to others.
